Man made a internet poem describing he is going to shoot the "tyrant" in the head, what makes it worse is that the name of the poem is called "The Sniper", going to meet in front of a judge to figure out what he will be charged with.



Your favorite movie of 2009Great movie for everyone, giving it a little love story with a lighthearted man that becomes bitter once his lovely wife passed away he attempts an adventure to reach their destined canyon since he has nothing else to lose.

Portraits & Self Portraits

Tips for Self Portrait
1. Give it a timer, primarily about 10 seconds to get yourself prepared.
2. Change the angle of the camera and give it diverse feel to it.
3. Look away from the camera to give a more affective feel to make it seem as if it was a pose.

I will be shooting myself in the portraits, making sure i have a timer to take the shot,
possibly if i could i will be taking the portrait downtown area to give it a urban area.
I will have alot of diverse elements in the picture, i would like to add the rule
of thirds and making black & white with the camera angle being somewhere
above ground level and checking the lighting on the camera so i wont have any bad glare in the print and in the negatives.

One of many beautiful views that Austin has to offer, a view of one of the memorable buildings frost bank tower, Austinite's come across a pond at zilker park that gives it the frame a great reflection on the pond.


Photographer used a lot of composition rules for this photo, since this photo was taken Austin Texas im assuming hes a Longhorns fan for his vibrant orange bandanna and signature cigar that is unforgettable, southern cowboy with the bucket hat.

This picture shows how much pain when the mother has to bury her daughter, someone decided to take someones life away in a heartbeat. The life of one can affect millions, she may be gone but never forgotten. Rest in peace.

1. What was your most favorite memory of your holiday break?

New years party, celebrated with a couple friends. stayed up till like 4am.

2. Did you go anywhere or do anything fun? If you did, please tell me. If not, tell me what you did do on break?

i helped my parents at work and just rested or hung out with my girlfriend.

3. When you look back at 2009, what do you think you will remember the most when your 25 years old? This can be worldly events, local things, personal achievements or events.

First time i went to trail of lights, went downtown to alot of memorable places with my girlfriend.

A. The person closest to the camera is in focus, the background isn't.

2. The light from the window luminates the whole picture to give it great depth.

3. The person in the picture is laughing trying to cover her face. Having followed some techniques to make this normal picture a decent one.

So class can go by my easily, nobody likes a boring class.

Photo Manipulation & Ethics

1.

A. The article explains how some photographers plagiarize to get more attention to their pictures they have took. Some photographers have lost their jobs for altering pictures. Also goes on explaining that Altered pictures will get through the public, but to the professional photographers they will notice the flaws in them if they have been altered.

B. Its showing something to the world that isn't true, feeding them something that never existed, filling their minds with attraction to a picture the photographer knew would maybe give them a raise. If the world was okay with this then there wouldnt be a point to a famous photographer for capturing the worlds greatest moments if someone else can just take something and alter it to outdo what they cant on their own.

A. The worst unethical change you can do to a picture is splicing two pictures together. Do to the fact that they both did not happen in the same frame so theirs no reason add two things to one frame and call yourself a photographer.

B.
The one that i would probably understand and not give them to much trouble on, would be the ones where they just switched the contrast on a frame, adding some color to the picture. Its still unethical in every way, but less punishable. Giving it a little more touch to a picture is okay, but also when not mentioned that on tabloids or your bosses is where you most likely wouldnt get the approval.

American Soldier

A. Most powerful image i saw in this slide-show would have to in Chapter 4 when two American soldiers are entering a building which has the appearance of just a building to run drills through, but showing their determination to prove they are serious about their position as being an American Soldier is all they have.

B. The most powerful pictures would have to be the First Assignment, learning the new tactics the average American Soldier should know. Hes finding out things the hard way when he leaned on his weapon while smoking a cigarette.

C. When photographers use pictures to tell a story its more thoughtful for the mind to create a story by themselves with the facial expression or the surroundings in the picture.

A. He seems laid back without ever being in a rush, doesn't look for trouble. Keeps to himself.

B. Its explains what position he is in with other people or area, gives the image to look while also giving you detail on what the photographer is trying to get you to see.

B. Videos explain everything than a photograph, giving the viewer audio and video of what the topic is over about.

C. Capturing one moment that all you need is photograph to explain the history of that specific time in history.

Negatives Evalution

1.
About 5 of my pictures came out how i expected to be, good quality and no glare.

2.
6 of em came out very dark and some pictures were completely out of focus. For the majority they were just dark.

3.
The one where i took a picture of someone and shot away from the light. Wont be any glare or any bright out of focus pixels in the picture.

4.
Many of my pictures i used Simplicity, Rule Of Thirds, Repetition, into most of them, that's what i would usually look for a picture that catches my attention often.

5.
Ive learned to add Depth into pictures, keep the persons attention into a certain position of the picture. Ive added what i usually look for into pictures in my black and white picture.
